- 1 / 5By A Google UserI had a friend traveling and was looking for a specific game on TV. I called here and lady by the name of Debbie answered phone. I kindly asked if they were playing the game and she said no and stop calling here. She then slammed phone down and hung up on me. I called back and she would not give me the managers name and I then explained why I had called and asked her if she thought that was acceptable customer service and her exact words were YEP! I can only imagine how they treat their customers. Wow!July 03, 2016
